Andrew Logan is one of Britain's principal sculptural artists who challenges convention, mixes media and plays with our artistic values.
He was born in Oxford in 1945 and qualified in architecture in the late 1960s. He has worked across the fields of decoration, sculpture, stage design, drama, opera, parades and festivals. His sculptures can be found in public and private collections all over the world. In 1991, Andrew Logan opened his own museum in the village of Berriew, near Welshpool. He is the only artist in Europe with a museum dedicated to his own works.
Andrew is the founder of the Alternative Miss World contest - a surreal art event for all the family. Each event is themed, the contestants wear sculptural costumes and are judged on poise, personality and glamour. Andrew's jewellery appears regularly in Vogue, as well as many other influential style and fashion magazines.
