This census of the population of Beaumaris was conducted in 1821. Two volumes were produced: the first volume lists the names of the householders and the ages of the males and females who were present in their homes at the time of the census; the second volume lists the names of the householders and provides details about the number of families who were living in each house. Information is also given regarding the employment of the population. A total of 2,205 people lived in Beaumaris in 1821: 988 males and 1,217 females.
