Photographs and concept plans for the 1992 Garden Festival of Wales which was held on the former site of the Ebbw Vale steelworks.
Following the closure and demolition of Ebbw Vale steelworks in the 1970s thought was given to the role that its derelict and industrially polluted site would serve in the future.
In the late 1980s work began on making good the land in preparation for the Garden Festival of Wales, held in 1992.
