  • Mary Jones of Llanrwst (ne้ Lloyd) was the third wife of the Rev. Thomas Jones, Denbigh (1756-1820) - a prominent Calvinistic Methodist preacher.  Hugh Hughes also painted a similar portrait of her husband - both portraits were painted on ivory.
