  • This certificate was presented to Lily Jones, a pupil at Llanfairfechan Girls School, on her departure from the school on 20 October 1911.  The attached note, which is signed by Elizabeth Owen, the head teacher, reads as follows:

'Presented to Lily Jones, Oct 20 1911 upon her leaving school.  She has been clean, obedient, regular & industrious.  Her conduct has been excellent.'
