  • This indictment reads as follows: 
'Robert ap Llywelyn ap Ieuan ap David of Castell, yeoman, Thomas ap Robert ap Llywelyn, yeoman, Robert ap Hywel ap David, yeoman, (Catherine ferch David ap Robert, housewife, and Marsli ferch Robert ap Llywelyn, housewife) all of the same, at Castell unlawfully assembled themselves together in an illegal assembly in a hostile, riotous and armed manner and entered upon certain parcels of land called Tir Blethyn Cowlwyd lately demised by Richard Bulkeley, knight, deceased and by John Wyn and others to a certain Catherine ferch Rhys Wyn for a term of years not yet finished and expelled the said Catherine from her possession and made assault upon her and upon Margaret ferch Edmund ap Rhys.

Indictment, 10 March 1547
  • This Presentment reads as follows (translation): 
'It is true that Alice ferch Gruffydd lately of Caernarvon, housewife, the 20th day of July in the second year of the reign of King Edward the Sixth with force and arms entered into the house of Elin Lewis lately of Caernarvon and made an assault on the aforesaid Elin and struck her with stones etc. and maltreated her contrary to the peace of the said lord the king etc. Item, Roger Lloyd for forestalling of the king's market in buying of fish at the weirs and Llanfaglan, buying eight salmons for the price of 8d. and selling the same at Caernarvon for 12d. each. Item, the same Roger for reviling and miscalling the inquest of salmons to the great hurt of the same borough etc.]'

Presentment, 20 July 1548
  • This indictment reads as follows:  
William ap Morgan ap David of Bethkelerth [Beddgelert], yeoman, (Humfrey ap David Lloyd, gentleman, Gruffydd Lloyd ap Eliza, gentleman, Hugh ap William ap Gruffydd ap Ieuan and Lewis ap Rhys ap Robert, yeomen, all of the same) in the church of Bethkellerth [Beddgelert] while the priest was celebrating mass after the reading of the Holy Gospel of God drew their swords (and daggers) and made an assault upon William ap Llywelyn ap William to the great terror of the people hearing mass and to the disturbance of the mass and of the peace.

Indictment, 2 December 1554
  • This is an indictment against Katherine verch John ap Madog, spinster and Gwenhoyvar verch John ap Madog, spinster, both of Cumlanderch, for assault and wounding of Elen verch Rithergh at Cumlanderch.

Indictment, 30 June 1562
  • This is an indictment against David Lloyd ap Robert ap Howell of Nanhoymen, gent., and Humffrid ap David Lloyd of the same, gent., [name crossed out] for assault on Hugh ap William Gruffith ap Jeuan with swords and daggers outside the parish church at Bethkelhert. [Beddgelert].

Indictment, 13 January 1562
  • Depositions taken before John Parry.  
William Morgan, Edern, yeoman, aged about 40, states that John Owen, Llaniestyn, on the 24th day of March 1651 at Nevyn, did beat one Hugh Lewis 'with a cudgel upon his head and arms, and that the said cudgel broke with the said blows'.  Lewis ap Evan, Edern, yeoman, aged about 50 states that John Owen, at Nevyn on the aforementioned day, did beat Hugh Lewis about the head 'with a great cudgel'.
