(i) John son of Goronu son of John
(ii) Iorud son of Ieunaf and his heirs by Meuwanuy Wyth, his wife
(i) conveys all his right of inheritance to lands and their easements in Esclusham, Bererdesham and Brotchun with the consent of his wife, his heirs and of Griffith son of Madoc, lord of Maylaur.
Consideration: 10s and the annual service of two white gloves.
Witnesses: Riric, priest, Llewelyn son of Madoc, Hewel son of Llewelyn, Philip the little, Ada son of David, Idnevet son of Yeunaf, Kenewric the little.
