  • This is a reconstruction, compiled by the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales, of a wallpainting discovered at Trewalter, Llangors, a house which dates from the seventeenth century. The painting was found on the south wall of the parlour and features red floral sprays.

  • This reconstruction drawing, compiled by the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historial Monuments of Wales, features a floral wallpainting discovered on re-used stone (used in the blocking of a redundant staircase) at the Old Rectory, St Donats.

  • This reconstruction drawing, by the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Wales, features a wallpainting discovered at the Bell Inn, Abergavenny. The Bell Inn, which is situated in Tudor Street, is a building of eighteenth-century date, although it may have earlier (sixteenth century?) origins.
